The common sedative products in combination with psychotherapy will help to relax. You will understand where the adequate cause of the anxiety is, and when the increased anxiety has no grounds.
The application of the anti-anxiety products with a strong sedative action is pointless. It is needed only during the chronic generalized anxious disorder. In any case, anxiety is not always a bad thing but if the anxiety bothers you, a help of the psychotherapist will be useful.
